You’ll find no diets or fads with our 30-day programme and you won’t be cutting out carbs or eating leaves throughout the day. Our nutritional guidance will allow you to eat the foods you enjoy the most and still get stunning results.

Our expert trainers will work with you, to suit all of your needs and preferences when it comes to exercise. We’ll start you off slow, but get you results fast! Every session will be fun and varied but focused on getting the ideal results you had in mind.

Gav has helped me become more confident in the gym, understand the importance of eating the right foods and introduced me to leading a healthy lifestyle. The result I got was better than I expected, loosing measurements and toning places I have always struggled with.

One thing I really liked was the personal training app which provided videos showing how to lift weights correctly and the training plan provided as I have never had that structure before. The results I had were better than expected, I feel more body confident and feel better within myself. This has improved both my work and personal life. When I first heard about the GWD Programme I was not sure if I was the kind of person who would give this a go. My biggest worry was how I would find time to go to gym, never mind committing to several times each week. I have a busy schedule with two young children. At least I knew from the outset the programme demands. After thoughtful consideration and with the support of my family, I joined the programme in November 2017. I was not a gym person before; and never ever thought that I would be picking up weights in my life. Finding time to train is not an issue any more as I love to train; I guess when you love something you will always find the time.

I have been training on this programme, the like of which I could never have dreamt of. I have become much stronger and leaner since I joined this programme. I am more energetic and productive during the day. People have been asking me at work how am I slimming down as quickly as they are noticing a dramatic change in my appearance. This is hugely motivating for me. This programme has given me confidence and has literally transformed my body. It has also changed my way of thinking when it comes to nutrition. Being a fussy eater all my life, food was a big issue for me when I started this programme, but now I am eating much healthier and actually much more food than when i first started.

I have gone down 2 dress sizes since I joined this programme. I have cleared out my wardrobe and i'm now looking forward to buying some new clothes! The credit goes to my family for their support and of course to Gavin for all his encouragement and motivation. Gavin has always pushed me to my limits. He is a credit to the fitness industry!

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a very long time or have little experience?

With our personalised approach no matter what your fitness ability is we’ll cater the programme around your needs and preferences. You will have revamped your fitness, strength & overall energy levels and feel awesome!

  • What if I’ve had past or current injuries?

It’s very common for us to work with individuals with various injuries and pains. We’ll work around your injuries and even work to eliminate those niggles so you can live pain-free.
